What is a Life Coaching and Self Improvement Training Session?
Definitions:
A Life coach is a person who counsels and encourages clients on matters having to do with careers or personal challenges.
Self Improvement is the improvement of one’s knowledge, status, or character by one’s own efforts.
CTG has always been about more than just sports. Our constant focus is always on what truly matters. We want better people more than anything.
We have created CTG Growth to offer our progressive life coaching curriculum to more than just athletes. We want anybody that is interested in becoming the best version of themselves to give us a chance. We know we can make a difference in your life. CTG is what you are looking for. These sessions can be for ANYONE!
In-Person
We currently have two coaches hosting the life coaching and self-improvement sessions.
- Coach Jack – Owner of all CTG subsidiary companies.
- Coach Grace – Head of CTG Growth
Anywhere in the World
Coach Jack is still playing college basketball. So some sessions can certainly be through FaceTime. These life coaching sessions can apply to anyone in the WORLD!
Payment Options
Training packages are what CTG has done since it was first founded. This is where you buy a “pack” of sessions, giving you the ability to use your sessions whenever you want. Once those sessions have been used up, you are given the option to buy more. We have found this payment method to be the most effective for both parties because of its flexibility. It is totally okay to miss a week or two of training with packs. This allows you to be extremely flexible with schedules to get you in for training. However, when we take on new CTG students, the expectation is to see the student on a fairly weekly basis. It is not helpful when you consistently miss life coaching training sessions.
How it Works:
Think of CTG’s life coaching sessions the same way we approach our physical component of basketball training. We basically give our kids a bicep curl for their life. Sending you home with activities to do daily to increase life habits to increase performance throughout your life.
Each session lasts 45 minutes. Data will be recorded throughout each session, so no matter how often or how consistently you are going to use your packs, we will always be able to pick up right where we left off.
We have a progressively built curriculum that can be personalized to whatever aspect of life you are struggling with. We know the exact life coaching training activities to assign to he or she’s given problem.
